Skeletal 05:25
Broken mirrors laid out in front of me, I can't choose which ones to use... To look into my eyes and find these scars of abuse... Could the sight of my true likeness return life to a meaning, As the sun falls from the sky, helplessly screaming? Now what can I do, now that my very shape has dissolved? What will I use to evolve, to take that next step? To guarantee that I'll emerge from the ashes, spirit and flesh? Look at me, what have I done? How can you turn your back on me now? Broken down, all on my own, dead again, with no way to return... Look at me, what do I do? You promised me you would be by my side... Broken bones inside of me, piercing my skin To dig through these wounds and find there's nothing within Could the sight of my true face give this nightmare a meaning, As the sun falls from the sky hopelessly screaming? Now what can I do, now that I've lost my resolve? What will I use to evolve, to take that next step? To guarantee that I'll emerge from the ashes, spirit and flesh, again? There's no skeletal remains of what once was The pain has left me nothing but a shell There's no skeletal remains of what once was With nothing left to anchor me, I'm heading straight to Hell Living without a backbone, it must be hard to stand erect What do you think of when you're alone? You just might be the next one yet Now that I know what it's like, what it means to be like you I've got an agenda, your bones can be broken too.

Vlad Tepes 04:57
Retribution in your eyes alone Broken man on a broken throne Inherited blind crusade Wrap your hands 'round the stake as it runs through you Your reign is short, but it leaves its mark Passed down by The Dragon before you Your fire is fueled and fed by the dark Tears of blood from above implore you Now hang them for all to fear Now purge your conscience clear Let them tell of what they've seen Friend and foe alike will bleed Call for blood, and thousands will answer Start the flood, and order will follow Turn and run from the son of The Dragon Call for blood, you impaler Retribution in your eyes alone A broken man on a broken throne Inherited blind crusade Wrap your hands around the stake now The same agenda, the same forked tongue Passed down by The Dragon before you Advocation surrounds the smoking gun No longer will the world ignore you Suspicions will soon be tamed Scapegoats will take the blame Let them tell of what they've seen Friend and foe alike will bleed Now call for blood, and thousands will answer Start the flood, and order will follow Turn and run from the son of The Dragon Call for blood, you impaler Call for blood, impaler Call for blood.

Clenching my fists, I can hear the words ringing through my head like an echo (constant, vigilant...) Linking the suppression to my fear, like a motive (predetermined) Why do I continue to be this, like a mannequin? (frozen, lifeless...) That wicked eye watching over all Like a hammer to my skull Swinging 'round to catch me off-guard again The words echo through my head Is this the direction we've chosen? As the blood rushes down from my head I know this is when it gets ugly My position, a result of our choices Greeted by remorse and a chorus of voices Looking for a turning point, waiting for a way around this The powers-that-be rejoice as my voice is sold to the terms of service So this is what we've been raised to believe? Taunted by ideals for which I grieve United we now stand in one resounding final scream For the death of the american dream... Bow your heads. My true spirit, crying out for freedom Ignite the flames and watch me run to greet them The blood of martyrs rains upon the living Only death can bring the new beginning. Bow your heads.

Trust replaces fame November rust replaces life-giving rain Don't you slip up again, let your guard down too low You left no trail behind you, no pray no one will ever know Now something's growing inside you Foreshadowing of what's to come As the claws sink in deeper, you only get numb Consider this your warning Your future bears the mark of mourning The ashes soil your once-better half The light that once blessed your path Now shadowing (right behind) Following (just out of sight) Shadowing (right behind) Hallowing (you...) Smoke clears from the sky When it spoke, it extinguished the truth from your eyes The truth that you've hidden so well for so long You barely remember when everything went wrong Anesthetize yourself from the lies Your flesh and your bones are now merely a clever disguise A curtain to hide behind And before long you can forget What's on the other side Throwback to the time when your heart beat the blood of empathy Cold fact, no denying the abomination you were meant to be... Against the backdrop of rusted reality Your silhouette reveals your true identity Now you've got a devil beside you, the same one that you've always known Desire and duty divide you, corrupting you down to the bone Now you've got a devil inside you, a devil of your very own.

Goddess 05:17
Your eyes are golden, you're paved hate above your heart Once mistaken for a soul that's been enslaved (that's been enslaved) On wings of torture, you wear your crown of purity As hell awakens, you're telling me to be afraid... Goddess (rise, rise...) Of clarity (rise, rise...) Goddess (rise, rise...) Of deceit Your name is whispered to guide the blind with innocence My own failure is now your mistake (now it's your mistake) With hands that protect, you turn your back but not your face Your only answer is to stand aside and wait. If you tear me down, I can't win. Thorn in my side makes me go blind To everything I love But you showed a view of someone who's true Now I can see the light... Now I can see the light! Goddess (rise, rise...) Of clarity (rise, rise...) Goddess (rise, rise...) Of deceiving you (we all go a little fucking mad) If you tear me down, you can't show me inside As I tear me down, you sing a symphony If you tear me down, you can't show me inside As I tear me down, you sing a symphony (sing it...)

Acirema 05:25
Exhaustion overtakes me, the truth is snapping at my heels What do I turn to, now that there's nothing left? All that I wanted and worked for has been torn away By unseen forces... No choice left but to pay The price for freedom... left undefined But if you bleed enough, you might just find Yourself among the chosen, the army of the broken Born and bred to burn, you tremble as you learn The cost of freedom... abandoning the chance At elevation that lies within no nation You thought you'd built a home and found true love to call your own But now you see the light of your delusion And redemption will not follow Reprieve is not meant for the shallow As I sit here all alone, forlorn and shaken from my throne How bright it burns, this fading star How could we have made it this far? Scarring ourselves so blindly, but now I see This dream dies with me... and so I die. Well america, you've done it. You've started the race and you've won it... the race to the grave, to the end of our days, to certain destruction! You thought it was all foretold, that our future was laid in gold, no, more like an inherited self-fulfilling prophecy of failure! You rob the land of her youth, you breed the absence of truth You had a gift in your hand that most men alive would've killed for!! Another lesson unlearned? Or has our final page turned? How could one who turns away from such beauty and truth deserve more than nothing?!! This dream dies today, and it dies with me.
